It’s so ‘bleh’ » Lambda Logo

A 3d Render of the Lambda logo from Halflife 2. I used LightWave 9 to do the modeling and rendering. I used Macromedia Fireworks 7 to do the texture work. It was my first real try at using UV mapping, I think it turned out rather nice. I have learned though that basicly any decent model with any UV map looks about 40x better than the same model with traditional texturing. I’m really not sure why.
I should really do more 3D work, every time I load it up I have a blast.
